Our Process: We Bring the Showroom to You
Our design and installation professionals bring samples of all the shutter products we carry and meet with you in your home to help you find what best serves your needs. During the shutter design consultation, we measure all the windows you’re interested in shuttering. This allows us to generate a more exact estimate of the cost for you.
Then, we lay out the shutter products next to each other and answer any questions you may have.
We present you with the available paints and stains. Polywood® shutters can be custom-painted, and Ovation® shutters are available in 28 wood stain colors and 11 paint colors.
Once you’ve picked the shutters that complement your style and meet your needs, you’ll want to consider whether you’d rather have a hidden tilt rod or a rear-mount tilt rod, a smaller louver or a larger one, a Z frame or a casing frame style.
We take your project’s measurements and submit your shutter order to be crafted. And we keep you updated on the estimated time of your new shutters’ arrival – so you know when they’ll be at your home.
Finally, we have a trained installation crew come out to your Charlotte house and set up your window treatment just right, double checking each part tilts without a hitch. That’s because we believe that proper installation is almost as vital as the product itself.
